Permanent residence must be at least 100 miles from Sturgis, SD; no exceptions.

Pay Package:

• $1360 weekly
• $34 Hourly Blended rate
• $42 Overtime (after 40 hours)
• $350 Meals Stipend = $8.75 HR for 40 hours
• $550 Housing Stipend = $13.75 HR for 40 hours
• $11.50 Hourly Taxable = $460 Weekly Taxable Wage
• 40 Hours / 13 weeks
• 8 Hour Variable Shifts

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1.5 Years of experience
• Must have LTC experience
• CNA; Resident ration 1:10. Five CNA's per shift.
• Will answer call lights and assist residents with their activities of daily living
• CNA: Caribbean blue on top, Black pants on bottom.
• Condition Snow Policy: Would need to stay at the building and even if they are sleeping they get paid for being there.
• Resume without time Gaps
• References from 2 supervisors in the past year
• Vaccinations; Covid, Flu, TDAP, MMR, Varicella, and HEPB (or titers or declinations)
• TB TESTING
• YEARLY PHYSICAL must be current
• BLS
• PHOTO for Badge ID
• 2 forms of Identification (one picture ID)
• Skills Checklist
• Competency exam will be sent upon acceptance to the position.
